The good news is your service beats driving 20+ miles to the BMW dealer and having to wait while the service is done, because they don't have enough "loaner" vehicles. Also, Andrew was punctual to the minute and very polite. The bad news: I was a little put-off by his appearance - he was scruffy-looking and his uniform was very dirty. I realize that he is an independent contractor, so you cannot insist that he look or dress any specific way. but he would inspire a lot more confidence -- and by extension, enhance your company's brand image -- if his hair and beard were neatly trimmed and his uniform was clean and pressed.

Best in class customer service experience! Duane made an effort to walk me thru every step of the process and provides a detailed about the services performed. He took the service TO THE NEXT LEVEL... He really honored the company's name... I trust that I can now call him "MY MECHANIC"
