This was my first experience with YourMechanic.com. Joe Hough did an amazing job. Arrived before the appointment. He is a courteous, thoroughly professional individual . He did an excellent job on the car . I highly recommend Joe to anyone who needs a Mechanic. Joe gets a 10+ rating. Before Joe left, he checked out the car from bumper to bumper and left me with an inspection report.

You will be 110% satisfied! Pardeep the super mechanic showed up an hour before his appointment which was awesome! He is very knowledgeable on German cars and is passionate about the work he does. My window was stuck down exposing the interior to the elements and potential car jackers so I was in a dire need of some help. He came and fixed my car, now my window works again! 10/10 would recommend. He even let me keep the box with my old parts as a trophy! Ive never been offered my old parts before <3. Richard was a great help. Not only did he figure out the issue for my car, he also explained why my car was acting the way it is. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace the part that was causing the issue (it wasn’t on his work order) but he was still very informative, insightful, and overall a huge help in helping me to understand what was going on and how everything was working. I would definitely recommend his service and request his assistance again in the future.
