2007 BMW 525xi 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dear Sirs/Madam: My first time to meet Jason was when he came and check my 2007 BMW 328i at my residence in Fremont, CA 94536. After diagnosing the problem of my vehicle, he explained to me the parts and cost of services and explained when he can come and service the vehicle. With my 35 years dealing with Mechanics I never saw any sincere, honest and reliable mechanic who tell you what is really wrong with your vehicle. Showing his qualities and reliable explanation how to service my vehicle, I asked him to book me to his available schedule to service my vehicle. Today, 3/28/2022, Jason came and serviced my vehicle. I was so happy to see him patiently working and at the same time on the spot show and advised me other defective parts of the vehicle that needs to replace with discounted price, never that I have seen this qualities with other mechanics. I highly recommend Jason to all my friends and acquaintances because he possess an excellent quality mechanic. If you will ask me if I will call Jason again on my next vehicle problem, then my answer is absolutely. I was skeptical at first but, when I saw him perform until he finished his job, I have nothing but respect and praise him for his sincere and honest service. I hope that we have some more mechanics like Jason's mechanical expertise so customers feel better when they have their vehicle serviced. Visit was later than scheduled , anyhow it was worth it as I was very impress by James professionalism and assertiveness on the root cause of the problem.

Atilla was excellent. He communicated before, during and after appointment; letting us know about the part needed, installation process and demonstrated working car afterwards. Super professional would definitely recommend.
