KEVEN IS A GREAT MECHANIC AND IS FULL OF PATIENCE. HE WAS ASSIGNED THE LOVELY TASK OF REPLACING THE BRAKES AND ROTORS ON MY BMW AND IT WAS ABOUT 90° THAT DAY AND I HAD NO SHADE FOR HIM TO WORK UNDER, HE ENDED UP SNAPING ONE OF HIS TOOLS AND HAD TO GO BUY A NEW ONE, ALSO REALIZED THEY SENT HIM THE WRONG SET OF BRAKES, HAD TO STOP AGAIN TO GO FIND THE RIGHT ONES AND NOT ONCE SHOWED ANY FRUSTRATION (HAD IT BEEN ME, TOOLS WOULD'VE BEEN THROWN AND I'D HAVE BEEN CUSSING LIKE A SAILOR). AFTER IT TAKING TWICE AS LONG AS EXPECTED, AND PROBABLY DYING A LITTLE FROM HEAT EXHAUSTION- HE BRIEFLY EXPLAINED TO ME THE WORK HE DID MAKING SURE I FULLY UNDERSTOOD SMILED POLITELY AND HANDED ME MY KEYS. SO KEVEN IS A MECHANIC WHO IS WELL TRAINED, VERY PATIENT AND A TOTAL GENTLEMAN AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM TO ANYONE. OH AND ALSO THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE THAT ARE QUICK TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH YOU IF OR WHENEVER YOU NEED THEM. 5 STARS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. THANK YOU AGAIN MR.
