Chris inspected a 2008 Audi TT that I considered buying. He was incredibly thorough. I couldn't be there for the inspection, so he called me afterward and went through his notes, presenting everything impartially. He also described the salesman's responses to his comments. He told me what repairs I could expect to come up, how much they would cost, and, ultimately, how much the car was probably worth. He even went so far as to pull out a starter from his truck and explain to me how it worked, as part of an answer to my question about whether he suspected that I had an issue with mine. He performed a thorough investigation, correctly identified my problem as a faulty battery, and showed me exactly how he knew and how I should seek a warranty replacement for it.
