My experience with Joseph was great.
I learned a lot, as I did not know where Audi hid the battery (the task today was to replace the battery), or that there is an air compressor to fill the spare tire should I need, or how the panels, compartments, tools, spare tire and miscellaneous items under the rear floor are removed and reinstalled.
