James had to reschedule for later in the day, but called with plenty of notice. He was polite and professional. It is clear that he knows what he's doing even if he doesn't have that much experience with my particular brand/model. His time and diagnosis were well worth the price of the service. I'm glad I chose it and glad that he came.

Peter was very friendly and knowledgable when he first arrived and gave me very informative details about my car that I didn't know existed. After diagnosing the car he was able to find the issues with the car and describe each issue with the car throughly. After today Peter gave me confidence in knowing there wasn't a major problem with my car like some mechanic shops and dealerships have said. I'd love to have him back with my car once iv had some time to figure the parts I will need to service the car.

My brake pad appt with Shawn was perfect. Professional, nice personality. The appt was for rear and front brake pad replacement. Rear pads and brake pad wear sensor were replaced. Brake light on the instrument panel went off due to broken brake pad wear sensor wire. Front pads not replaced due to specialty socket needed for front calipers. Technician did not have specialty socket to complete front pads. Shawn set up front pad replacement return date to complete front pads. Technician drove vehicle to ensure no issues before leaving. I droved the car. No issues found.
