James had to reschedule for later in the day, but called with plenty of notice. He was polite and professional. It is clear that he knows what he's doing even if he doesn't have that much experience with my particular brand/model. His time and diagnosis were well worth the price of the service. Scott does a wonderful job. He's very thorough. Scotts been wrenching on cars for many years and it shows. I would be completely comfortable having Scott do any kind of work on my car.
