This was Alfred's third time servicing my car and he takes good care of his customers. At the same time Alfred has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Each time I ask him questions on different maintenance schedules and parts, he gives you clarity on what is needed and what is not needed. Chris was awesome. I booked an appt for the following day. He then texts and offers to come out same day to diagnose the problem. That was such a tremendous help. It turns out the starter needed to be replaced. He then came by the next day earlier than scheduled and had the car fixed within an hour. Chris was a true professional.
