I wish I had known when booking the appointment that he was based out of Williamsburg, that is an hour closer to Richmond. This would have decreased my travel time to to have my car serviced.

Alex is very good. Very patient -- not a hint of hurry from him discussing my car issues and handling my several calls on the day of the service. Everything finished in a timely manner, all old parts removed shown and gone over with me. And good discussion in general that helped to understand my car better.
