Matthew is a very professional mechanic. He did an inspection on my vehicle and explained the issue was and what that particular part does for the vehicle and why. He made it "unmechanically" understood for me and he also recommended other services needed. He worked on my vehicle a few years back as well. Chris was awesome. I booked an appt for the following day. He then texts and offers to come out same day to diagnose the problem. That was such a tremendous help. It turns out the starter needed to be replaced. He then came by the next day earlier than scheduled and had the car fixed within an hour. Chris was a true professional.
