You will need to have the battery and charging system checked for a low voltage of 9 volts or below to the engine control module. The engine code is for low voltage to the module. After the battery low voltage condition is fixed, then clear the check engine codes and see if the codes return. If you need help checking the battery and charging system then have a qualified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, diagnose the system and clear the Check Engine Light for you, and repair the system as needed.

Transmission
Hello. From what you are describing it seems as though the transmission fluid has leaked out. There is a rubber hose that conveys transmission fluid to the radiator for cooling (through a sealed heat exchanger). That hose could have leaked....
I changed the oil in my 2012 Nissan Sentra and now it has no power when I put it in gear.
Your car's engine oil and lubricating system should have no impact on the transmission control function. This may be related to a separate issue such as a faulty transmission control module or low transmission fluid levels. As you may know,...
Excessively high voltage in Throttle Position Sensor
I'm not sure why you are getting such a high voltage, but you are making one mistake when checking TPS voltage. The ECM sends a 5 volt reference voltage to the TPS which passes through a variable resistor of the...
What are the symptoms of a bad coolant temperature sensor
The coolant temperature sensor on this engine sends a feed back voltage data to the computer. The computer uses this data to monitor the engine temperature from about minus 40 degrees F to over 300 degrees F. The coolant sensor...
Loss of compression on all 4 cylinders
There are quite a few issues that can cause a four cylinder engine to lose compression on all cylinders. Unfortunately, none of them are what would be considered inexpensive. There could be a problem with the timing chain, camshaft problem,...
When I start my 2012 Honda Accord gas just pours out and it looks like it's coming from the square box looking thing on the driver
Hello, thank you for writing in. There are several components in the fuel system that will only be pressurized when the vehicle is running. The best way to find the leak is with a visual inspection. From there you can...
Can I put a Subaru engine in my 2010 Camry SE
Hi there - I don't think swapping a Subaru into your Camry is the way to go - no disrespect to Subaru. This swap would require way too much custom machine work for the reward. Better perhaps to look at...
Blue smoke from tailpipe
Bluish tinted smoke from the exhaust means that there is an internal oil leak into the combustion chambers from the valve guides, valve stem oil seals and/or the piston rings. Cylinder compression can be tested to get an indication of...
P2a00 Code on 2006 Nissan Altima
If you have only cleaned the Mass air sensor and have replaced all the O2 sensors then the only other possible cause for the P2a00 is the mass air sensor. I recommend replacing the mass air sensor and relearning the...
