I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating.
Without knowing all of the information like the vehicle history, the components that have been tested or replaced, and the results of any tests that need to be run, I can only give you a general answer to your question.
Please give me one moment to type out some info for you. I’ll be right back!
Thank you for holding!
The traction warning and the vehicle not moving can all be related to each other. This type of fault can be caused by a faulty wheel speed sensor, brake computer, or another anti-lock brake or traction control component.
In order to be able to pinpoint the issue what needs to be done is to have a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle's data port that can read all of the computers in your vehicle to see if any fault codes are stored with this issue. Once this has been done, any codes that come up can then be diagnosed to help pinpoint and repair this issue. This will require the use of a high-end scan tool that can read all of your vehicle's computers.
If you do not have a scan tool to check the fault codes yourself a shop or dealer can check the fault codes as well as diagnose the issue for about a 1-hour labor charge ( around $100 ). The cost to repair the problem varies as it depends on which component has failed that requires repair or replacement.

When an engine is cold it will need more fuel to run correctly. I would recommend having the fuel injection system cleaned (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/flush-fuel-injector) to see if it helps to run better. If the flush does not work then a scan...
I suggest beginning by fixing what is already known first. The brake pedal switch needs to be replaced. That switch does much more than just turn on the brake lights, and is possibly the root cause of all of this....
