Hi there I will do all I can to help. I would check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge as you have a code for the fuel pressure regulator.
what is the engine size of your vehicle?

Ok this would be the fuel pressure for your vehicle. it could be measured with a scanner as there is a fuel pressure sensor.

here is a troubleshooting guide for the fuel pressure regulator valve and the location of the fuel pressure regulator. But do the fuel pressure test first with the scanner and monitor the fuel pressure. Because you have replaced sparkplugs and coils then I would have to assume that you have spark.
Also check fuse number 17 on the fuse panel b which is on the left side of the engine compartment.
