I just bought this car a couple weeks ago and the TRAC OFF, VSC TRAC and brake lights are all on, I have had a few cars with this problem and I have not figured it out on any of them, all of the cars were auction vehicles, This car is different then the past ones, it does not have an ABS or check engine light on

Although the check engine and ABS lights are not on, using an appropriate scan tool you can still get the trouble codes that have undoubtedly been stored as a consequence of the VSC fault.
