The issue I am speaking of is the vehicle cutting out when put in reverse. Do you still need help with that question at all?

Have you had a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicles data port that is able to read all of the computers in your vehicle to see what fault codes come up with this issue?

The van cut out when in reverse, something electrical so this is what we did,Unpluged the reverse light switch on the gear box and it was fine.To rule the switch out i put another switch off another identical van,Problem was still there.Then checked rear bulbs and swapped the whole light units with an identical, 1 bulb was dim but replaced and the problem was still there.Even tried leaving the rear lights unplugged.No codes showing.When it cut out one time the light that looks like a skid light or abs was showing, no codes.After this, took the 10 amp fuse for the reverse light out from the fuse box under the bonnet which leaves the brake lights working but not reverse light and then it was fine so that leads us to say it was something to do with the reverse light.Weve checked the wires right back and just found a kink were a wire had rubbed against a pipe, moved that and thaught id swap the turbo map sensor and air flow sensor and it seems fine for now?Yesterday it never did it when it was cold, just intermitent.It is a minibus so when the wipers are on and u select reverse, the rear wiper comes on but it wasnt that?when we unplugged the switch on the gear box it was good, no stalling. But no rear brake lights inc indicatorsAlso when we took the fuse which is just for the reverse switch out, problem had gone? But no reverse light then, other rear lights fine.The van is being delivered tomorrow????

This is definitely a difficult fault for me to be able to help pinpoint from here myself. I will have to opt-out to allow others here to take a look at this to see if they can help pinpoint the issue. I do hope you can get this resolved with ease!
