Hi. I'm Daniel and assisting you today on your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you have with your Seat.
From your description this either looks like a failed battery that is loosing charge once the car is sitting overnight or a "parasitic" battery drain that discharges the battery overnight.
As you were able to re-start the engine after driving it we can assume that the alternator is working correctly.
Here I would suggest to have the battery completely charged and load tested afterwards. If the battery fails the test, it needs to be replaced. Then I would also suggest to measure the battery drakn while the car is parked to rule out a parasitic drain.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any questions at this point.

I have charged the battery all day yesterday and left it in overnight, it is starting this morning with no issues, I don't have anything to test the the battery unfortunatly so pay se eid the garage can quickly do that for me, hopefully it starts again tomorrow morning,

Thanks for getting back.
Ok let me know how it looks once the workshop tested for a parasitic battery drain.
If I can provide anything else at this point let me know. Thanks.
