Unfortunately there is no way to open the windows from under the bonnet as the it requires operating the window switches themselves to send power and ground to the window motors. Symptoms point to a hard failure in the central locking system. The only way you may be able to open it is to insert a wedge between the top rear of door and doorjamb to pry it out enough to insert a rod to operate the inner door handle to open it.
