Hi! My name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I will be able to assist you. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your vehicle. Don’t worry though, we’ll be able to figure this out.
Please understand that I do not know your knowledge or capabilities so I **may** need to ask questions to find out basic information to help solve your specific problem.
Sometimes it may take a moment for me to respond because I may have to look up information about your concern. I appreciate your patience and will provide responses as soon as possible.
First check the transmission fluid level. If the fluid level is good then you have a problem with the reverse gear. You will have to check the valve body for restrictions. If that is ok then you will have to rebuild the transmission.
My goal is to earn a 5 star rating experience. Do you have any questions? Please feel free to reply back to me. If I’m not online at the time, I will respond ASAP when I get back.
Still not sure what you need?

Hi, If by struggling you mean it cranks slow, low battery voltage might be the cause. Normal voltage on a fully charged car battery is 12.6 volts. On a vehicle like yours with a push button start, once the voltage...
This is a common issue on your vehicle. There are two places that the sunroofs leak from. One is the rubber seal around the glass. Another is the drain tubes that run from the sunroof gutters down to the doorframes....
There are many gaskets on your car; there is no way for me to tell which gasket the coolant is shooting out of without directly inspecting your car. I can say that it is not common for a head gasket...
If you recently replaced the radiator, there's a possibility that it could have air in it, which will require the system to be bled. However, there may also be other issues that cause it to run hot. When you mention...
Hello, thank you for asking about your 2003 Honda Element. This can be many different things aside from the thermostat, such as a failing water pump (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/water-pump-replacement), a failing coolant fan relay, a clogged radiator (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/radiator-replacement), or even potentially a...
As you know, the idle air control valve reads the air intake as it is mixed with fuel prior to being injected into the engine at low speeds and at idle. As this valve is controlled by the vehicle's computer,...
Hi there: In many cases, other mechanical issues can be hidden by other components that are also damaged. It is very possible that the sway bar or ball joints are causing the road noise you're experiencing. The only way to...
Hi there. What you are describing is similar to a parasitic battery drain. This happens when an electrical component or accessory is continually drawing electrical power while the vehicle is turned off. These issues can be very difficult to diagnose,...
It sounds like you might be having a fuel delivery issue. I would recommend having your vehicle inspected by a qualified professional to determine if the fuel pressure meets the manufacturer's specifications. If the fuel pressure is low, it is...
