Hello,
Did the vibration happen after the new cv axles?

I can tell because I just bought the vehicle from auction and noticed that the cv axle is leaking then decided to change, so I have not driven it before the cv axle change

Thanks for confirming. A couple of suggestions for high speed vibrations. Imbalance wheels can cause high speed vibrations. Even though you said you don’t feel it in the steering wheel, the vibration can be from the rear wheels. Making it feel like the vehicle is vibrating in the center or in the seats. Another area to look at are the drive shafts. Sometimes the slip yoke is siezed up or needs some lube. Inspect the driveshaft u-joints as well. I have seen them seize up too. Inspect both front and rear driveshafts.
Still not sure what you need?

Unless your engine is...

There is no average cost of a tune up because such a service is no longer specified in the Factory Service Manual. Tune-up is a term that was mainly used decades ago when carburetors existed and ignition system distributors required...
