Good Afternoon, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Toyota, if we had a noise from the front end after backing up a hill we likely dragged out front end on the ground. i would recommend we take a look under the front of the vehicle to make sure nothing was damaged to bad such as the [radiator](/topics-radiator-toyota/) and other coolers that sit low. If it was just the bumper cover that was scraped or damaged its not a major deal but mostly we want to verify that there is type of [engine](/topics-engine-toyota/) or cooler damage and that we are not leaking any fluids.

I was backing down hill. I looked under and saw nothing hanging and same under the hood. I drove it for 2 hours after and it seemed fine. no more noises.HelloThanks for the helping

okay good, no leaks and no damage means it was likely just that front bumper that got caught coming down, should not be an issue at all going forward

No liquids on the ground after sitting for days
Automotive Expert
okay great

I checked the oil albeit on an incline it was fine
Automotive Expert
good, like i mentioned already should not run into any issues and it was likely just the bumper cover. keep me posted if you find anything or if you have any other questions, thank you

Could it be something as bad as a cracked cylinder head? I think of worst case scenarios
Automotive Expert
no

Oh thanks. or axle?I'll check the bumper
Automotive Expert
okay sounds good

Thank you! bye.

Hello. In newer vehicles with electronic fuel injection and ignition systems, engine knocking (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-does-it-mean-when-an-engine-knocks) due to bad fuel or spark is extremely rare. In most cases, if the knocking sound is consistent and increases in speed as the RPM increases,...
Steering wheel issues following jump start
Batteries normally self discharge over time. Also, your car's electrical system will draw 20-50 milliamps, roughly, even as the car sits, to power the clock, computer, and security system. Combined, these factors can cause the battery voltage to drop so...
my car was at a stop light, started to chug as if it were running out of gas, then died and wouldn't start.
