Hello and welcome to Just Answer. My name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I will be the expert to assist you today. I'm sorry you're having issues with your Toyota, I know how frustrating it can be. Because I am not there nor am I aware of your level of automotive expertise I may need to ask questions in order to give the best possible service.
You mention the vehicle will not Crank or Start but you tried Jump Starting it, what happened when you were Jump Starting the vehicle, did it crank over?
Do you have access to a DVOM? (Digital Volt Ohm Meter) A Toyota compatible Scan Tool? Are there any Warning Lights illuminated on the Dashboard?

Jumping it did nothing and no I don't have a volt meter or any scan tool, my "maintenance needed" light and tire pressure light have been on for several weeks usually changing the oil and correcting my tire pressure fixes that but not this time

OK, without a DVOM it is hard to know exactly what is causing the "No-Start / No Crank" concern. We need to know if the [Starter](/topics-starter-toyota/) is receiving a 12 volt signal at the B+ Terminal and if the Starter Solenoid is getting 12 Volts when the key is turned to the Crank position. This could be as simple as a "Bad" battery cable.
When you attempt to start the car do you hear any noises? clicking? or is it completely quiet?
The "TPMS" and Maint. Soon" light should not cause this concern.

No clicking or any sound but with the key in the on position I hear a sound when I press the accelerator

You may be hearing the Throttle response to the Accelerator input.
Has any work been done recently prior to this issue?

It looks like you may have gotten busy so I will answer based on the information provided. You mentioned that the lights and the radio work as well you hear a "Noise" when stepping on the accelerator with the key on. This indicates you are getting some voltage through the system (need to ensure the battery has minimum 12.4 volts to be deemed good). It is imperative to verify if you have 12 volts at the Starter, if so you can use a jumper wire connected to the Solenoid to see if the Starter engages. If you have 12 volts at the starter and solenoid when the key is in the crank position it could be either a "Bad Starter", an Internal [Engine](/topics-engine-toyota/) issue, or a "Bad Ground" circuit. If you do not have 12 volts at the Starter B+ Terminal then possible it is nothing more than a bad Battery Cable. Additionally things like "Neutral Safety Switch" (If it is a Stick Shift Transmission) or the PRNDL Switch if it is an automatic transmission (PRNDL = Park / Reverse / Neutral / Drive / Low Switch) will all cause a no start / no crank issue.
Please keep me updated with the results. I know you'll get it handled.
Have a safe and prosperous new year!
