Its a good possibility that the bulbs inside the instrument cluster are burned out. You can remove the cluster and inspect them. Hope this helps, thank you.

Remove the instrument cluster. Let me see if there is a procedure available, and Ill find that fuse location for you. Typically, if you other illumination is working ( shifter, hvac controls etc), then it wont be the fuse.

The fuse is a 10 amp, labeled "inst lps", right side of dash. There is 5 bulbs in the cluster.
1. Remove the [instrument panel](https://my.alldata.com/repair/#/repair/vehicle/35648/component/2103/filter/) [cluster](https://my.alldata.com/repair/#/repair/vehicle/35648/component/1198/filter/) trim plate.
2. Remove the screws from the instrument panel cluster.
3. Remove the [instrument cluster](https://my.alldata.com/repair/#/repair/vehicle/35648/component/1198/filter/) from the instrument panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the instrument panel.
