Good Afternoon , What kind of question do you have ?

I’m planning on buying a 2007 Nissan Maxima · SE Sedan 4D from a lady but she says the only issues it has is after you drive it and turn it off it’s a little hard to start until it cools down should I still buy it will that be a easy fix or should I just leave it alone? It’s 1,700$I’ve never bought a car.

That's hard to say without being able to check it . I would ask if you could have a mechanic check it out for you before you buy it , most mechanics will do used car inspections and will give it a good look over and see if there are anything to be concerned about prior to you buying it . Depending on how involved of an inspection you want you can get it done for $50 -$100 its well worth spending that money instead of buying something that you don't know anything about

Okay thank you so much!

The oil light (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/is-it-safe-to-drive-with-the-oil-light-on) typically calls for the oil pressure to be tested. You may need to replace the sending unit or fix the cause of the low oil pressure in the engine. The jerking in the engine would depend...

battery not turning motor completely over its acting like it wants to crank and the horn and lites work but it wont crank
Your starter (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/starter-replacement) requires good power to it and a signal from the ignition switch (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ignition-switch-replacement) through the start relay to turn over the motor. You should try to put the vehicle in neutral and see if it cranks. This...
Steering wheel jerking
Hello. If there is a consistent jerk occurring, then it is typically a spool valve problem in the rack and pinion. This would require replacement of the entire rack and pinion assembly. It can also be caused by a failing...
Slow/no acceleration high RPMs
Hey there. When the transmission control module detects a problem (i.e. faulty sensors, low fluid, etc.) the Check Engine Light (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/check-engine-light-is-on-inspection) will come on, and it will go into a "limp" mode. This limp mode will cause the car to...
Clunking when shifting - 2001 Jeep Cherokee
The "clunk" indicates there is a loose coupling somewhere is the driveline. As you diagnosed, u-joints (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/universal-joint-u-joint-replacement) and the differential are the most likely fault points, but this could also be harsh engagement of the transmission due to worn clutches,...
Can't get the belt tensioner tight after replacing my alternator
If your belt tensioner does not hold tension it will likely need to be replaced. These vehicles have a hydraulic belt tensioner with a mini shock absorber on it. Many times you have to put pressure against the tensioner and...
