Hi there. It sounds like the camera has failed or has lost connection. The cameras for these systems are prone to failing and it does happen often. To check for a loose connection remove the trunk lid cover and inspect the camera harness to make sure it’s plugged in securely. If it is plugged in securely, then the camera has failed or the wire may have an open circuit. Checking the AV wire for the camera requires proper diagnostic equipment. I suggest having a qualified technician perform an inspection to avoid replacing unnecessary parts.
