So the shifter could have a worn bushing where it connects on either side and can cause this problem, Hang on a few mins. and I'll look for a pic. of the repair.

SO looking at this there are a lot of bushings to check and see if they are getting in a bind or not and these are something that need to be lubed as well with a sray white grease.

at the point 20 and 21 you can sray at those point from under the car and inspect the other bushings and linkages from there, as to the part # they don't show it in my All Data site.

I would say it is a little difficult as the hose will be stiff and stuck on the tank will be a little hard, So here is a pic. of it and there is a plate to remove to give you an access.
