The codes indicates one or more modules has lost communication. Even though the voltage are good in the battery, its very possible the amps are low and you may need a new battery. I highly suggest installing a new battery if one hasn't been replaced the last 3 years.

No, anything else will require a bi-directional scan tool that can connect with all modules and perform testing procedures.

Changed the battery now, still no cranking from the engine. The other codes are gone but now got a C1306 code, any ideas ?
