Ok, possible causes are the steering lock ecu, theft deterrent module, gateway module or driver door ecu
The steering lock ecu sends a signal to the theft deterrent module when it is shifted out of park. The theft deterrent module then sends a signal to the gateway module and from there to the driver door ecu to lock the doors.
These signals are sent along what Lexus calls BEAN lines which are computer data lines that sends multiple signals from different circuits at the same time.
Unfortunately this means that you cannot simply test for voltage. A dealer level scan tool is required to test each component on this circuit to determine which is faulty
