Do you know where to fill it back up ?
Has it cooled off already ?
Usually we check these with a pressure tester , if the leak is large enough you may be able to find it by just filling it up .

I do and yes it’s been in my garage for two days now...I got a coolant pressure tester coming in tomorrow to test it

OK , then i would just wait till you have the pressure tester. You fill it up and put the tester on the radiator cap ( or the bottle where you fill it )
Just pump it up to 15 psi and look for the leak . It should be pretty easy to find once its under pressure

Can I use water to fill it up instead of coolant?

Yes you can as long as you will be draining it back out . you don't want to leave water in there. If you are in a freezing climate it could freeze . if you are in warmer weather it will cause rust if left int here

You are welcome . let me know if you have any questions once you check it .
If it does hold pressure when you check it , then its likely a bad water pump.
A bad thermostat can it run hot and over heat , but won't cause it to leak antifreeze

How can I test the water pump

You can't , but the water pump is the only thing that will only leak sometimes . sometimes they only leak once they are hot .
Still not sure what you need?

There are a variety of possibilities and so I would suggest a vehicle vibration diagnostic (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-shaking-or-vibrating-inspection) which will yield a conclusive diagnostic.
