Random misfire can have multiple causes, a lean condition (mixture) due to a vacuum leak or faulty crankcase ventilation system is one of them. As you can hear a possible vacuum leak I would definitely start there first and repair this as a next step. Best way to check after the repair is to use a "smoke machine" to make sure the intake system is completely sealed. In case the issue would persist after the vacuum leak is addressed, I would suggest to inspect the ignition system (spark plugs& coils) and the fuel delivery system (fuel pressure) next. Thanks for getting back. The fuel trim numbers are slightly out and this can point to a mixture issue. I would check for a possible vacuum leak on the intake system as a next step. After the issue is addressed we have to delete the engine adaption values (learning values) with a capable scanner. If your scanner does not support this function, drive the car several miles so that the engine management can re-learn itself. Let me know how it goes.
