My car has a manual transmission.
Hi there. Try removing the negative battery cable (-) on the car battery and leave it off for 13 minutes. Then while the battery cable is off, take your key and put it into the ignition and turn it on. Activate everything in your vehicle, even though there is no power. Then turn the ignition off and remove the key. Hook up the battery cable. Take the key and put it into the driver door and lock and unlock the door 3 times. This sequence should turn off the anti-theft system. If for some reason the system will not deactivate, then you will need a Modis to turn off the system. If you cannot get the anti-theft system to shut off, then I recommend seeking out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
