Just had the [thermostat](/topics-thermostat-honda/) and [radiator](/topics-radiator-honda/) replaced. Car is still overheating and trys to cut off. When I press the gas it works fine. What do you recommend? Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system? No I plan to take it back to the mechanic but I don't know what else to do. Mechanic's Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car? Honda Accord 2000 LX Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Accord yourself? What have you tried so far? I just take it to the mechanic. This is my second new radiator in two years. Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you? I don't think so. The engine light is not on and it shows everything is okay on the dashboard.

The Check Engine (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/check-engine-light-is-on-inspection) and Oil Pressure Light (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/oil-pressure-light-is-on-inspection) may flash if the oil pressure switch did not give an oil pressure signal to keep the fuel pump running. I suggest having the vehicle scanned for any codes, then test...

I am looking for the blow off valve on a 2018 jetta 1.4 tsi
Blow off valves or blow by valves are typically located on the turbocharger itself. I would recommend searching for this particular part near or on the engine's turbocharger.
