Sorry you are having trouble with you car, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I am going to try and assist you. Check the heater hoses coming into the fire wall and make sure the are both hot, if not then you either have a control valve for the heater went bad or a blockage. If they are both hot then you need to check to see if the blend door actuator is moving the blend boor and if the blend door itself is actually moving or it may be broke internally inside the box and you would check the actuator turning from cold to hat and see which actuator is moving or if it is to get the right location for the blend door. If the blend door actuator is not moving then yo need to check power and ground to make sure that the dash control panel is good. This will help you eliminate which one is causing your problem. Thanks for choosing Just Answer let me know if I can further assist you and please don't forget to rate us.

It will be on the box underneath the dash in the middle to passenger side you will see little motors on the side top or bottom of the housing and some of the dash may have to be removed to locate it. you will have 2-4 of these motors and just watch them when you move it from hot to cold that is the one that controls the bled doors. These can be very hard to see reach and work on very tight spaces.
