The brakes are fine because I replaced the calipers. BUT....

I removed the airbox for something else when I My intake manifold butterfly is doors are closing all the wayIs that normal? If not how you fix it?

I have to move the air box for some other reason when I notice that the butterfly doors weren't closing all the way I thought it was the grime and carbon but wasn't. Is normal?

HI, They should stay open slightly. If they close all the way, at idle, then [engine](/topics-engine-ford/) would be completely starved of air and would quickly stall out. They normally are about around 1/16 to 1/8"

When the engine is dead as well?

HI yes, when the engine is off as well.

If it idles smoothly at somewhere between 600 to 800 rpms and not fluctuating more than 50 rpms, it is working as designed

Ok I think for now I have no questions. Thank you btw I was in replacing the harmonic balancer I had to remove the air box and that's when I noticed it I will contact you if I need more answers
