2011 f150 3.7 v6 Im not with the truck at moment. The pads are wearing out evenly though

I just bought new calipers and it's ok now. But I got another problem with my lemon. My harmonic balancer is eobbbling and making high whining noise. Shakes too.Wobbling.Is I know they want you to replace it but this is possible to fix it inste ad harmonic balancer

The only way to fix it would be to fix the balancer.
