HI your vehicle, like all vehicles uses a mix of water and coolant that is in the cooling system that keeps the engine block cool. The most likely cause is the thermostat housing gasket but I would suggest having a pressure test done on the cooling system which will allow a mechanic to inspect the cooling system to verify the cause of the leak as it will leak while under pressure. Once the issue is verified, whether it is the thermostat gasket or a hose coming off the thermostat housing, that part will need to be replaced
