Disregard the phone message. It is automated not from me. So it could very well be the throttle body but it could be wiring or the PCM. You can try a throttle body or do a bunch of wiring tests. I have seen the harness give issues on these cars along with the PCM. So it could be either or. One thing to check is the PCM connectors. Take them off one by one and look for corrosion and water intrusion. It is located under the wiper cowl on the passenger side. 2 push pins hold a cover over it then a 13mm bolt holds it in.

I think I'll focus on the throttle body since it was a used part originally when we replaced it but definitely take look the PCM connectors if not that, we think its also the MAP Sensor since we ran the vehicle and disconnected it a few times, the engine would run fine unconnected but when reconnected it sounded rough

Well when the PCM has throttle body errors it will cause the engine to run really rough. Check that out at the PCM and see what you find.

If this is still in use, I checked the PCM it had four connectors if that was the PCM, looked at them there was no damage or water intrusion or corrosion, the outside of the unit was dirty but nothing else, wires also seemed fine and nothing exposed.

Did you replace the throttle body? If so it will be a wiring issue most likely. Very common on the 05-10 Lx body.

I actually got ahold of a multimeter and did some test and found the MAP to be the main culprit, engine light disappeared as well as the electric bolt
