Im seeing unloaded calipers for 70 bucks but im seeing loaded calipers around 700 bucks so im confused which one I am supposed to buy for the mechanic. I Already have rotors and brakes just need calipers for the rear

A loaded caliper consists of the caliper, caliper bracket, caliper hardware, and brake pads.
You only need the unloaded calipers which will be the caliper and hardware . You already have pads and you dont need the brackets unless they are physically broken which I have never seen in 40yrs in the business.
