Hello, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* thank you for using just answer. The site will prompt a phone call, but that is not always necessary. If it is necessary later in the conversation, I will propose it. I am sorry you are having this concern, but I will do my best to assist you.
Does the right hand rear turn signal work ok? I would go under the truck and take a look at the wiring, especially where the trailer harness connects to the rest of the harness, and look for any obvious damage. Hope this helps, thank you.

Ok. My next move would be to access the wire that feeds the left rear turn signal up front, and check the voltage supply there. That way, we know if its from there back, or internal headed towards the turn signal switch itself.

I would access the turn signal switch on the column, and get to the connector for it. There will be a dark green/red wire on terminal 15. This is the output for the left rear turn signal. Back probe and see what voltage you have on that wire, with a voltmeter.

Yes goes away under load. I am leaning toward the turn signal switch itself.

No problem, have a great day.
Still not sure what you need?
Have a certified mobile mechanic diagnose what's wrong with your car, at your home or office.
If the engine had no oil in it, the shaking, noise, and eventual seizure of the engine would have been the result of that. The engine is also more likely to overheat. The white smoke that you saw is likely...
Hi. It will depend on the damage done. Most likely the steering column is ok, it is the ignition lock cylinder, the housing, and the switch that have probably sustained damage and these items will need to be replaced. My...
Hi there. I usually start with the idle air valve in these cases, as it sounds like it might be sticking. Checking fuel supply - fuel pressure, filter, dirty injectors, as you have noted - is a good idea. You...
Hi there: If you have almost 600,000 miles on your Impala, it's probably time to replace your radiator (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/radiator-replacement), as the brown stuff is likely rust coming from within your radiator due to excessive use.
The published maintenance schedule for your vehicle only lists an inspection recommendation for the front suspension and that would be every 6,000 miles. There is no reference to lubricating ball joints or tie rod ends, on the maintenance schedule, presumably...
Hi there - your symptoms suggest a problem with the throttle position sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/question/car-hesitation-when-taking-off-at-a-light-by-gloria-l). Check for problem codes - whether the Check Engine light is on or not - I would expect some indication of a problem here. Changing the...

Generally, the check engine light (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/check-engine-light-is-on-inspection) comes on when something fairly serious is going on with the vehicle.
