The coolant level is fine. But when it builds up pressure. It cause the overflow to leak out

Hi welcome to just Answer hope I can help, sorry to hear about your heater no working, if you have pressure and over flowing into bottle you could have a stuck thermostat or [head gasket](/topics-head-gasket-chevy/) leaking into system. Let me know Thanks RoyJust post back to me

That’s what it sounds like I would start with replacing your thermostat and see if that helpsWhy was the radiator replaced was it leaking, what is your Tahoe overheating before this?

yes that is what happens it can build up pressure if stuck closed
if not open the heater will not work also
