Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello, the code refers to either the turbo vane sensor or turbo vane solenoid, These adjust the vanes in the turbo when under a heavy load. Its not dangerous but. it is something that should be looked at by a shop. Yes, you can continue to drive with no harm but may be a bit underpowered under load. You can try disconnectig the batteries for 90 seconds which should clear the code. The problem is,, a shop will no longer have data stored to work with. It could? have been a glitch or a problem with the sensor or solenoid
I hope my information has helped.
If you have any followup to this question?

From what you've described it sounds like you are on the right path for replacing the correct parts to make it run better. I would also add the fuel filter (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-fuel-filter) to the list of parts you are going to...
