Ok with a multimeter can you test terminal 16 for +12v and test terminal 4 and 5 for ground -12V

Usually the center of the cigarette lighter is positive just make sure you dont hit the wall. you have to aim directly in the cenetr
OK try testing pin 16 first
red lead to terminal 16 and the black lead to any bare metal surface on th ebody like where the door latch locks onto
you shoudl get approximatley 12 V

It keeps fluctuating between 6 and 5.3But my battery is down to 6 volts

ok your going to have to charge your battery its too low. Either replace the battery or charge it. Its way to low to perform any diagnostics and may be its the root of your problem. You could bring it to advanced auto or auto zone afetr its charged and have it tested before you go any further.
Also did you complete the reassembly of the transmision

I never took it off the [engine](/topics-engine-chevy/) i realized my jack wasnt working right. My car wont start so i cant drive it thats the big problemMy neighbor has a charger so when he gets home ill be able to charge it

ok let me know if you still have any further issues. I would also have it tested to make sure the battery has enough voltage and amps so that you can get that out of the equation as a fault.
