Yes I have a new starter and I put a new belt on it I also have a new fan relay new rack and pinion for the steering column

Did you try starting it in neutral when it did not start?
Can you check the little wire for power to the solenoid while the someone turns the key to start?
The starter relay could also be the issue.

No I did not try starting it in neutral when it didn't start. My bf is at work with the car now. Just trying to troubleshoot the situation while he is there

OK, I attached a wiring diagram and the location of the crank relay for.
You will need the car with you and when it does not start to determine the failure.
