The car has a front in vibration between 50-65 mph. I can drive out of it after 65 mph. It's most noticeable in the floor, not so much the steering wheel. I took it to a shop to have it checked out. Here's all the work that they did to try to fix it (some of these parts were bad anyways and needed to be replaced, so maybe they are irrelevant to the vibration): new spark plugs, spark plug wires, egr valve, motorvac, new fuel filter, cooling system service, new axles- front and rear, new wheel bearings, new uniroyal tigerpaw tires- balanced twice and aligned, did not help, new michlen defenders- balanced twice and aligned, did not help, new rear brakes and rotors. They say that the suspension system and transmission checks out. A second shop agrees. My uncle says that the struts are shot and should be replaced. They are the original on the car and don't really absorb any bounce. Could the struts be the issue?

If the struts are defective, that can be a cause of vibration. It sounds like the struts have to be replaced anyway, so I would suggest doing that first. Check the exhaust system (is it all OEM?). Check for damaged wheels, in particular too much run-out. Check the motor and transmission mounts. You can ask the tire balancing technician to balance each wheel/tire assembly and then remove the assembly from the balancer and re-position it on the balancer by say 90 degrees. Re-spin the wheel. If it doesn’t come up as "zero" out, the balancer is not calibrated, is not working properly, or the wheel is improperly mounted to the balancer. Another issue is some wheels may not be hub-centric but rather are lug centric which requires an adapter plate to balance them properly. There are a myriad of other possibilities.
