ok, when you your last oil and filter change?

my oil life message just came on bout a week ago

ok, the cams and vct solenoid that control the cams, run off of oil pressure. dirty oil has low viscosity and a sludge buildup that will clog the oil passages for the vct solenoids, thus affect the cams. the very first thing you need to do is to have the oil changed and the filter.
