Wow that noise is horrible! It sounds like the rocker arms are about to come out of the engine. It's definitely internal and will need to be taken apart to see what exactly the problem is. I would definitely bring it back to the shop that you had it done and see if there's any warranty left on it. As loud as the noise is though you may be replacing the engine again.
