Hello, Joya Nice to see you today! I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating. When you say the car is billowing smoke, is the smoke coming from the tailpipe?

Thank you for holding Joya,
SMoke coming from the radiator indicates the cooling system is not sealing usually due to a leaking radiator or the radiator cap is not sealing. The cooling system has to hold pressure in order to not boil over. Since you have already replaced the thermostat and the radiator then the next step would be to have the cooling system pressure tested including the radiator cap to be sure they will hold pressure. If they are not able to hold proper pressure the cooling system will boil over and that causes the smoke your seeing, the pressure test will also determine if in fact, the water pump is leaking as well as all the other components in the cooling system. I would also recommend that you have a block test performed to check fora leaking head gasket.
