If money is an option right now then you can in fact just change the spark plugs on your 2017 Terrain, when doing a tune-up on these late model engines the spark plugs are in fact the most important part that needs to be changed. If the engine is actually misfiring due to worn spark plugs that can also cause a rough engine idle and that would be a good place to start.
