That is most likely an erroneous code. It's a code for a random access memory problem. I would clear the code and see if it comes back on. If it does then the wiring for the PCM must have gotten wet and you will have to replace the PCM (powertrain control module).

if for some reason I have to replace the PCM. Is it expensive, can he do it himself ?

It's not cheap. The PCM is about $600 and then it would have to be programmed by the dealership once it's installed before the engine will run. It's not very difficult to change it out though.
