Key doesn't turn because steering wheel is locked. Brake light comes on when brake depressed. Fuses checked and all okay. Still unable to unlock steering wheel.No messages on console.

Recommend pulling a bit harder on the steering wheel while turning key, if not already done. If it wont unlock, recommend jacking up the front wheels to remove weight from the steering column and see if it will unlock. If still acting up at that point, recommend having it scanned for codes.
